Create highly realistic, sun-baked environments and sweeping arid plains on your tabletop with Colour Forge Static Grass in Steppe Grass, available now at Dragoon Gaming. This premium basing material features a carefully blended mix of dry, muted greens and pale beige tones, perfect for replicating water-stressed vegetation, dusty scrublands, and late-summer campaigns. With its versatile 2mm fiber length, it is an essential ground cover for a wide variety of wargaming bases and dioramas.

Designed with ease of use in mind, this static grass can be applied simply by brushing PVA glue onto your miniature’s base and sprinkling or applying the grass with a static applicator. It provides an immediate, authentic texture that tells a story of harsh climates and rugged frontiers. Steppe Grass looks incredible when paired with cracked earth texture paints, scattered small rocks, and desert tufts. Supplied in a generous 25g resealable tub, it offers fantastic value for batch painting entire armies. Order your hobby supplies from Dragoon Gaming today and give your miniatures a beautifully rugged foundation.

Key Features:

  • Realistic Mixed Tones: Features a natural blend of dry greens and sun-bleached beige fibers, perfectly mimicking parched steppes, arid plains, and late-season grass.
  • Versatile 2mm Length: The short 2mm fibers are ideal for creating neat, realistic ground cover without overwhelming the feet of standard 28mm/32mm miniatures.
  • Generous 25g Tub: Supplied in a clear, resealable tub to keep your hobby desk tidy and provide enough material to base multiple tabletop armies.
  • Easy Application: Applies quickly using standard PVA glue. Can be sprinkled by hand or used with a static grass applicator tool for a realistic, upright finish.
  • Mix and Match: Blends seamlessly with other Colour Forge static grasses to create varied, realistic seasonal transitions and natural textures on your bases.
