RG 1/144 ZGMF-X42S Destiny Gundam - Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny
The Ultimate High-Spec Attacker of the Cosmic Era
Take command of the ZGMF-X42S. At Dragoon Gaming, we are proud to offer the RG 1/144 Destiny Gundam, a masterpiece of the Real Grade line that captures the aggressive, high-energy aesthetic of Shinn Asuka’s flagship mobile suit. Following the legendary success of the SEED Freedom cinematic arc, the Destiny Gundam remains a top-tier choice for builders who want maximum shelf presence in a compact 1/144 scale.
Advanced MS Joint Engineering & Metallic Finishes
The RG Destiny Gundam is famous for its Advanced MS Joint system, which allows for the extreme, high-action posing seen in the anime’s most intense combat scenes. This kit features specialized metallic-molded parts for the internal joints, replicating the shimmering effect of the suit’s high-output power generator. The multi-tone armour casting provides a professional, "real-world" look with subtle variations in white and grey that define the Real Grade philosophy.
Why the RG Destiny Gundam is a Must-Have:
-
Massive Weaponry: Includes the "Arondight" Beam Sword, the high-energy Long-Range Beam Cannon, a Beam Rifle, and a functional Beam Shield.
-
"Palma Fiocina" Gimmick: Features specialized open-palm hand parts to recreate the devastating beam cannon attacks from the suit’s hands.
-
Incredible Wing Articulation: The massive wing units feature an interlocking expansion gimmick, allowing them to spread wide for "Full Burst" poses.
-
Premium Detailing: Comes with a comprehensive sheet of realistic marking stickers to add high-density mechanical detail and pilot emblems.
How to build:
The RG Destiny is a precision-engineered kit that rewards a steady hand. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using a Gundam Marker GM-01 (Black) to define the deep panel lines on the blue and red armour. For the silver joint accents, use the GM-177 Shine Silver from our shop to enhance the high-tech, metallic look of the inner frame.
