MG 1/100 RX-0 Unicorn Gundam - Master Grade Standard Edition
The Beast of Possibility in its Definitive Form
Witness the mobile suit that defined a new era of the Universal Century. At Dragoon Gaming, we are proud to offer the MG 1/100 Unicorn Gundam, the standard release representing the RX-0 in its most iconic state. Piloted by Banagher Links, this Master Grade kit captures the high-performance "Newtype Destroyer" (NT-D) system, featuring the signature vibrant red Psycho-frame that glows with the raw power of the Vist Foundation’s ultimate masterpiece.
High-Detail 1/100 Transformation & Engineering
The MG Unicorn Gundam is a landmark in mecha engineering, celebrated for its "parts-replacement-free" transformation. This 1/100 scale kit can completely reconfigure from its silent, white-armored Unicorn Mode to the intimidating, expanded Destroy Mode. As the armor plates slide and shift, the translucent red Psycho-frame is revealed throughout the torso, shoulders, and legs, significantly increasing the model's height and presence on your display shelf.
Why the MG Unicorn Gundam is an Essential Build:
-
Complete Transformation: Seamlessly switch between modes to display the suit's hidden potential without needing to swap parts.
-
Iconic Red Psycho-frame: Molded in high-quality translucent red plastic that catches ambient light to simulate the suit's "powered-up" state.
-
Full Combat Arsenal: Comes equipped with the signature Beam Magnum (with removable energy clips), two Hyper Bazookas, four Beam Sabers, and the iconic expanding Shield.
-
Refined Articulation: Built on the updated Master Grade frame to ensure stability in both modes, allowing for the dynamic combat poses seen in the OVA.
-
Marking Stickers & Foil Accents: Includes a comprehensive sheet of decals to add mechanical depth and technical warnings for a professional, "Real World" look.
How to build:
As a Master Grade kit, the RX-0 Unicorn offers a complex and rewarding assembly experience. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using a Gundam Marker GM-02 (Grey) for the white armor panel lines to keep the look clean and sophisticated. To highlight the mechanical detail of the frame, use the Shine Silver (GM-177) on the internal pistons and joint caps.
Pro Tip: Because the red Psycho-frame parts are translucent, avoid painting the front of them. Instead, try painting the back (the side facing the internal frame) with a silver marker to reflect light forward, making the red frame look even more radiant!
