Build one of the most celebrated mobile suits in the Universal Century with the MG 1/100 RX-93 Nu Gundam Ver.Ka from Bandai Spirits. Designed by Hajime Katoki and based on Amuro Ray's RX-93 from Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack, this Ver.Ka release combines the Nu Gundam's asymmetric Fin Funnel silhouette with the mechanical detailing and markings associated with the Ver.Ka range.
Originally released in 2012, this kit was a substantial redesign of the earlier Master Grade Nu Gundam, bringing updated proportions, articulation and an extensive set of display features to the 1/100 model.
Psycho-Frame, Fin Funnels & Ver.Ka Engineering
One of the kit's standout features is its hidden green Psycho-Frame. Sections of the outer armour can be opened to expose the translucent green components beneath, dramatically changing the appearance of the completed Nu Gundam.
The Nu's signature six Fin Funnels are individually articulated and can be displayed attached to the mobile suit or deployed around it. Bandai includes a dedicated display stand shaped around Amuro Ray's personal insignia, together with six support arms for creating airborne Fin Funnel displays.

How to Build
The MG Nu Gundam Ver.Ka is a substantial Master Grade project, with 25 runners and considerably more mechanical detail than a typical HG or RG kit.
A good pair of hobby nippers and careful nub removal are highly recommended. Panel lining works particularly well with the extensive detailing across the white armour, while the included water-slide decals are worth taking the time to apply—they're a major part of the distinctive Ver.Ka appearance.
The kit uses Bandai's snap-fit construction, so glue isn't normally required, and the colour-separated parts provide an impressive finish without painting.
