HG 1/144 Gundam EX - Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance
The Terrifying "White Devil" of the European Front
Witness the horror of the One Year War from a new perspective. At Dragoon Gaming, we are proud to offer the HG 1/144 Gundam EX, the primary antagonist mobile suit from the Netflix CGI series Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance. Designed with a focus on gritty realism and industrial menace, this kit captures the "Zaku Hunter" aesthetic of the Federation’s secret weapon as it stalks the Red Wolf squadron through the ruins of Europe.
High-Density Surface Detail & CGI Accuracy
The HG Gundam EX represents a leap forward in High Grade surface engineering. To match the complex textures of the CGI animation, Bandai has utilized high-density molding to recreate every bolt, panel line, and hydraulic cable. The result is a 1/144 scale kit that possesses the visual depth of a Real Grade while maintaining the sturdy, accessible build of a High Grade. The asymmetric design and weathered proportions make it one of the most unique "RX-78" lineage suits in the Dragoon Gaming catalog.
Why the Gundam EX is a Must-Have:
-
Massive Weaponry: Fully equipped with the signature Beam Rifle, a uniquely textured Shield, and the massive back-mounted Gatling Gun with a flexible ammunition belt.
-
CGI-Accurate Proportions: Features the elongated limbs and "heavy-metal" silhouette specific to the Requiem for Vengeance mechanical designs.
-
Beam Saber Gimmicks: Includes beam saber hilts mounted on the shoulders for quick-draw action, complete with translucent pink effect parts.
-
Superior Articulation: Despite its armored appearance, the kit features advanced joint segments in the toes and mid-section, allowing for the predatory, stalking poses seen in the series.
-
Marking Decals: Includes a specialized sheet of marking stickers to replicate the unit identifiers and caution warnings seen on the Netflix original suit.
How to build:
The Gundam EX is designed to look best when weathered. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using a Gundam Marker GM-01 (Black) to define the intense surface detailing. Because this suit is meant to be "battle-worn," use the AK Dark Brown Panel Liner around the leg joints to simulate grease and field grime. For the ultimate finish, a Matte Top Coat is essential to kill the plastic shine and give the Gundam EX the "Full Metal" look of the CGI show.
