At Dragoon Gaming, we have secured a rare, unbuilt 1/144 Guntank featuring the iconic original red logo (the "Banzai Man"). Originally released in October 1980 as #7 in the Best Mecha Collection, this kit is a legendary piece of 0079 history. This is not a modern reissue; it is a genuine artifact from the first wave of the Gunpla revolution.
Authentic 1980s "Kyu-kitto" (Old Kit) Craftsmanship
This Guntank represents the raw, industrial beginning of the hobby. As an "Old Kit," it features the classic 1980s proportions that fans of the original anime adore. Unlike modern snap-fit kits, this vintage original requires model cement (glue) and paint, offering a nostalgic and rewarding building experience that takes you back to the early 80s Shizuoka factory production.

How to build:
As a traditional 1980s kit, the Guntank requires hobby glue. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using Tamiya Extra Thin Cement to work with the vintage polystyrene. To achieve a period-accurate finish, use matte enamels to recreate the industrial blue and yellow of the Earth Federation’s heavy artillery tank.
Please note, there is some discolouration on the box due to age.

We ship to the European Union using the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. For orders with a goods value under €150, VAT is collected at checkout — no additional charges will be applied on delivery.
For orders with a goods value of €150 or more, IOSS does not apply. These shipments are subject to import VAT and any applicable customs duties levied by the destination country, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are unable to pre-pay these charges on your behalf.
