This coarse-grit abrasive is designed for the "rough work" of hobby modeling—quickly grinding down large gate marks (nubs), leveling uneven seam lines on older kits, and reshaping plastic surfaces for custom modifications.

Unlike hardware store sandpaper, these Grain 240 strips are flexible enough to wrap around curved armor pieces (like Zaku shoulders) while remaining stiff enough to maintain flat surfaces on "Grandpa" Gundam shields. How to use:
Use the AK 240 Grit Strip to sand down the protrusion of a nub until it is nearly flush with the surface. At Dragoon Gaming, we suggest sanding in a single direction rather than a circular motion to maintain the part’s geometry. Once the heavy lifting is done, follow up with 400 and 600 grit to smooth out the surface before your final polish or prime.

We ship to the European Union using the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. For orders with a goods value under €150, VAT is collected at checkout — no additional charges will be applied on delivery.
For orders with a goods value of €150 or more, IOSS does not apply. These shipments are subject to import VAT and any applicable customs duties levied by the destination country, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are unable to pre-pay these charges on your behalf.
