How to build:
As a specialized effect unit, assembly is quick but requires care. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using a Microfiber Cloth to handle the holographic wings to prevent fingerprints. When attaching the DRAGOON display arms, ensure the joints are firmly clicked into place to support the weight of the pods during long-term display.
All orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 3 pm GMT through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you though via email.
We proudly ship our products worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments. For deliveries to the UK VAT is included within the price paid at checkout.
We ship to the European Union using the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. For orders with a goods value under €150, VAT is collected at checkout — no additional charges will be applied on delivery.
For orders with a goods value of €150 or more, IOSS does not apply. These shipments are subject to import VAT and any applicable customs duties levied by the destination country, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are unable to pre-pay these charges on your behalf.
