MG 1/100 Zeta Gundam Ver. Ka - 20th Anniversary Master Grade
The Ultimate Fusion of Anime Accuracy and Mechanical Engineering
Celebrate two decades of the Ver. Ka line with the definitive representation of the MSZ-006. At Dragoon Gaming, we are proud to offer the MG 1/100 Zeta Gundam Ver. Ka, a masterpiece developed by legendary designer Hajime Katoki. This kit marks a return to the "original TV anime" proportions of Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, stripping away excessive modern stylings to capture the sleek, iconic silhouette that Kamille Bidan piloted to victory.
Perfect Transformation Without Compromise
The MG Zeta Ver. Ka is a marvel of 1/100 scale engineering. Unlike previous iterations, this kit achieves a complete transformation into Wave Rider mode without the need for parts-swapping, all while maintaining the structural integrity of a non-transforming kit. The internal frame features multiple locking mechanisms that ensure the model remains sturdy and poseable in MS mode, and perfectly aerodynamic in its flight configuration.
Why the MG Zeta Gundam Ver. Ka is a Must-Have:
-
TV-Series Proportions: Meticulously designed to match the original 1985 animation, featuring a powerful chest silhouette and classic limb lengths.
-
Advanced Internal Frame: A high-density skeleton that facilitates the complex "swing-out" transformation while providing MG-standard articulation.
-
Metallic Accents: Includes specialized silver-colored matte plating on key mechanical sections to add a realistic, high-spec industrial feel.
-
Full Arsenal: Equipped with the high-output Beam Rifle, two Beam Sabers, the specialized Shield, and the massive Hyper Mega Launcher.
-
Ver. Ka Signature Decals: Comes with a comprehensive sheet of water-slide decals designed by Katoki to add professional-grade mechanical markings across the entire frame.
-
Pilot Figures: Includes 1/100 scale unpainted figures of Kamille Bidan in both standing and seated positions.
How to build:
As a 20th Anniversary release, the Zeta Ver. Ka offers a sophisticated building experience. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using a Gundam Marker GM-02 (Grey) for the white armor and GM-01 (Black) for the blue and mechanical parts. To highlight the premium metallic parts, use the Shine Silver (GM-177) on any non-plated frame joints for a unified look. Note: Given the complex transformation, ensure all nub marks are filed flush using a Dragoon Gaming Glass File to prevent the armor panels from catching during reconfiguration!
