HG 1/144 STTS-909 Rising Freedom Gundam - Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom
The Ultimate Evolution of Freedom
Take flight with the new flagship of the Compass organization. At Dragoon Gaming, we are proud to offer the HG 1/144 Rising Freedom Gundam, the iconic mobile suit piloted by Kira Yamato in the blockbuster film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. This kit represents a massive leap in High Grade engineering, combining the sleek, high-mobility silhouette of the Freedom lineage with a revolutionary transformation system and cutting-edge 2026 mecha aesthetics.
Revolutionary "SEED Action System" Articulation
The HG Rising Freedom is the debut model for the SEED Action System. This specialized internal joint structure is designed specifically to recreate the high-dynamic, stylized "SEED poses" that fans love. With an incredible range of motion in the neck, shoulders, and midsection, this 1/144 scale kit can achieve dramatic sword-swinging stances and deep-crouching lunges while remaining perfectly stable. Additionally, the kit features a complete transformation gimmick, allowing you to convert the mobile suit into its aerodynamic Mobile Armor (MA) flight mode.
Why the Rising Freedom is a Must-Have:
-
SEED Action System: World-class articulation for iconic aerial and ground combat displays.
-
MA Transformation: Seamlessly transitions into its high-speed flight form with parts-swapping and folding wing mechanics.
-
Advanced Beam Shield: Includes a specialized "Polarization" clear part that changes color based on the viewing angle, simulating the glowing energy of a beam shield.
-
Complete Arsenal: Fully equipped with two high-energy beam rifles (which can be combined), two beam sabers, and the "Shield Boomerang" with its own deployable effect parts.
-
Color-Coded Perfection: Bandai’s multi-color injection molding ensures the vibrant blue, white, and red palette looks professional without the need for paint.
How to build:
The HG Rising Freedom is a modern, high-precision build that is highly satisfying for builders of all levels. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using a Gundam Marker GM-01 (Black) to define the panel lines on the blue armor and GM-02 (Grey) for the white sections. To highlight the high-tech sensors, use the GMS-110 Fine Edge Set (Metallic Green) for the head unit and the rifle’s targeting scope. For a professional, movie-accurate look, apply a Matte Top Coat to the armor while keeping the clear beam parts glossy!
