HG 1/72 Brady Fox (Type G) - AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline
The Precision Drone Mecha of the NAC
Experience the industrial grit of the North American Confederation’s frontline forces. At Dragoon Gaming, we are proud to offer the HG 1/72 Brady Fox (Type G), a standout design from the series AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline (Kyoukai Senki). This "Type G" variant represents the specialized high-spec unit utilized for tactical suppression, featuring a unique, visor-less sensor head that emphasizes its role as an advanced, drone-like combat machine.
Industrial Engineering in 1/72 Scale
The HG Brady Fox series is celebrated for its mechanical realism and high-range articulation. Unlike standard humanoid Gundams, the AMAIM line features a specialized "I-LeS" (Intelligence-Least-Squares) joint system that mimics real-world heavy machinery. This 1/72 scale kit offers a substantial building experience, providing a larger canvas for mechanical detail while remaining perfectly compatible in size with 1/144 scale Gunpla collections.
Why the Brady Fox (Type G) is a Must-Have:
-
High-Output Laser Weaponry: Comes equipped with the signature Laser Rifle and a specialized Laser Sword with a translucent effect part for high-intensity combat displays.
-
Unique Type G Head Unit: Features the distinct, elongated sensor head specific to the Type G variant, molded with intricate panel detail.
-
Large-Scale Shield: Includes a heavy-duty tactical shield that can be mounted on either forearm, providing a versatile defensive silhouette.
-
Unrivaled Joint Stability: The "block-style" joint architecture allows the Brady Fox to hold heavy weapons and maintain wide, low-center-of-gravity stances without sagging.
-
Color-Coded Molding: Recreates the NAC’s military tan and grey color palette straight out of the box, offering a professional "Real Robot" look with minimal effort.
How to build:
The Brady Fox (Type G) is an incredibly solid and rewarding build that emphasizes "industrial" textures. At Dragoon Gaming, we recommend using a Gundam Marker GM-01 (Black) to define the deep mechanical panel lines and the vents on the legs. For the laser rifle sensors, use the GMS-110 Fine Edge Set (Metallic Green) to add a high-tech "active" glow. This kit is also the perfect candidate for Weathering; try using dry-brushing on the shield edges to simulate surface-level combat wear.
